Unique Interior Build-Out
Structure provided by others. Interior was hand-finished with custom woodwork through sanding, grinding, and cutting. Wood was conditioned, stained for continuity, and sealed for longevity.

This new build features custom cherry wood trims, solid-core cherry doors, a stone fireplace, a sidewalk, and an exterior wainscot, all sourced from the North Shore Quarry. The slab on grade has pre-finished cedar shakes and trims and a 14/12 roof system. The garage is detailed to match the house, with poplar tongue and groove throughout. It also includes a four-season room with a panoramic view.
