Home remodels, kitchen and bath remodels, additions, window and door replacements, siding and soffit and fascia, decks, sheetrock/tape/paint, timber frame/log accents, tiling/flooring, custom staircase builds, install cabinets, saunas etc.

We project manage to do as much of the work ourselves. We perform work from framing to turn-key (85 percent of the work on a new home is from our companies finishing them).

We warranty all work as stated on a new build: 1 Year of free of defects caused by workmanship or materials. For two years, the home must be free of defects caused by faultyinstallation of heating, cooling, electrical, or plumbing systems For 10 years, the home must be free of major construction defects.

I prefer to provide a thorough project estimate for the homeowner, detailing all the expenses involved in building their house from start to finish. I aim to minimize any allowances and provide precise numbers.
